You get Samsung refrigerator. All cabinets are a soft closed type at Kitchen area and large Hi-Gloss cabinets are located at the entrance.

Near kitchen area, there is a small bedroom, including a 5-foot bed with full of window glass, engineering wood flooring type. It perfectly using for reading or working room.

The master bedroom is wide. There is a 2-storey wardrobe. All of the floors remain quality as engineering wood type. There is a separate dressing room on the other side of the room. It is close to the bathroom, easy to take a bath and dress up.

Floor of bathroom is granite marble that decorated with color cream. Separated wet and dry zone, also shower and bathrooms. Sanitary ware is Kohler brand. Decorative items are decorated with glass. Locker is below sink.


If you are looking for a compact room. One bedroom size and studio size are your alternative. Room size is not too big but comfortable, designed symmetrically. Then you will wonder as I think “Is this really one bedroom size?”

Floor to ceiling is mirror, It look really luxurious, I think.

Who is HYDE Sukhumvit 11 suitable for?

If you are looking for a quality of 5star hotel also in 5star location, I recommend to visit HYDE Sukhumvit 11. Although the price is high, it is a worth price compared with quality and other projects that are Super Luxury at all. HYDE Sukhumvit 11 also has a tiny room size that is one of choice for who want to be owner in a super luxury location, not over 6 million Baht.

 Asoke, this place is “Now Or Never” zone where almost no one can buy anymore. That means supply is almost over than demand of people who want to get this area. Both of Thais and foreigners are want to live in this location. In the future, the price maybe much higher If you are not sign contract to buy now.

For investors, Invesment retural rents of HYDE Sukhumvit 11 will look quite good at about 5%, but it quit to be difficult to get 8% that is the level investors need. If you consider Capital Gain, that is expected to be higher in the future,you can expect net return over 10%.

For investment if you focus on rental return, I recommend a 1-bedroom unit on the 20th floor, because this rental market is rented with a budget no more than 50,000 Baht and the 20th floor and above will not be blocked view. But if you are interested in a one bedroom or studio., I advise you to hurry.

But if you want a high return on your capital gain, I suggest that you have a big room like a 2-3 bedroom size. Because of my experience,the bigger one can get more profit.

100% money-making investment and 10% profit expected. This is not normal. If you have enough credit to invest and budget 5-10 million, I want you to keep HYDE Sukhumvit 11 as a way of invest offline. This project is expected to be completed by the end of September 2017.
